  1. How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Once order were place it takes from a 3 to 5 Business days for air dry process. Drying process prevents the plants to rot and etiolate during its time on transit. Shipping days were Monday and Tuesday unless it’s a Holiday, it will be shipped the next business day (if applicable).

  1. Shipping Delays and Damage

We unfortunately have no control with any shipping delays with our couriers as various reason can happen (Weather etc.), but we take pride in our packaging as we provide enough insulation, peanuts, and fluffs. If ever so, the box arrived damaged that may have harmed the plants. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of opening the box.

  1. What should I do once my succulents arrive?

Once your plants arrived, there's a quick tip for plant care attached within the box. We personally love to let the plant breathe and acclimate to its new environment by setting them in a cool place with bright indirect light and leave them be for at least a day or so.

  1. Are the names of your succulents correct? 

Many of the succulents for sale are unique cultivars created by overseas nurseries and are otherwise undocumented. We always do our best to source for the correct name, but sometimes there may be translation errors as. Parentage wise can't be provided as there is sometimes no record from the cultivars unless provided.
