PRIVACY POLICY

We at The Succulent Nerd make sure your Privacy are well protected. 

• Email & Phone Numbers provided are only used for shipping and contacts. We will not use it for any other reason unless subscribed to receive newsletters.
• Credit Card Information. We have no access with your credit card information, only final transaction was visible on our end.
• Hard Copies. Any Hard copies with or without your information will be Ruined, Shredded and Disposed properly.
• Soft Copy (digital) are only saved via hard drive and disposed accordingly.

PLANT PROCESSING 

It takes at least 3-5 business days to process most orders. Succulents will be semi-soil free for shipping, why? as we don't want to shock the root system to its sudden change of its potting mix. Plants will be un-potted and left out to dry so that roots are free from moisture before packing. Each plant is then carefully wrapped with fluff packaging, disposable silica and tissue paper. Biodegradable peanuts and shredded paper may be used to provide further cushion and Insulation during winter if needed. 

Heat pack (Uniheat) is available as well! for Winter Shipping. Preferably for temperatures hitting 5c below.

 

SHIPPING DAYS & COURIERS 

All orders can be ship via Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS.

We ship only on Monday and Tuesday to avoid the having package sitting and waiting in the post office. We try not to ship before holidays to avoid any potential delays in movement. If you make a purchase after the cut-off, your plants will most likely be shipped the following Monday.
