All Plant Sales are final, Cacti and succulents hardy nature are for the most part well made for shipping. We only ship healthy succulents for it to arrive at your doorstep looking well and pretty. However, due to the complexities of packing and shipping live plants, sometimes things don’t quite go as expected.

For these rare instances, In case you do received your plants with substantial amount of damaged thru shipping, please send us photos of the plant and the box it came in within 24 hours of receiving your plants. We will try our best to resolve the issue with the courier.

TRANSIT DELAYS

We unfortunately have no control with any shipping delays with our couriers as various reason can happen (Weather etc.), but we take pride in our packaging as we provide enough insulation, peanuts, and fluffs. If you do received your plants with substantial amount of damaged thru shipping, please send us photos of the plant and the box it came in within 24 hours of receiving your plants. We will try our best to resolve the issue as best as we could.

 

ETOLIATION

Due to the nature of our products and with unexpected transit delays, Etiolation of succulents can happen specifically to Echeveria genuses. It is normal to happen but we take pride is our drying process method to prevent this kind of situation.

 

DEHYDRATED, DRIED, WILTED & LOSS OF LEAVES

As part of our Drying method Program, the succulents might arrived wrinkly and looking dehydrated or it lost a few leaves here & there. It’s Normal! Best solution for Dehydration is Water therapy, which your soaking the ‘Root system’ or the bottom part of the stem to a clean Distilled water (if applicable) for them to have a good drink and it encourage a healthy roots to pop out.

Pro Tip: I use a diluted Seaweed Kelp fertilizer as it encourages root growth.

 

 

FARINA DAMAGED OR VISIBLE POTTING SOIL ON LEAVES

Farina can be wiped off during transit times and soil might be visible on leaves, nothing viable damaged would result.

 

MINOR COLOUR / SHAPE DIFFERENCES FROM PHOTOS PROVIDED

We have a motto of "What you see, What you got" But, many succulents change colour / shape continously. Incase, there is a visible change on the succulent we reach out to the customers before sending out the package.
